Adult/Teen Kung-Fu Program
Mondays & Wednesdays 7:30-9:00 pm, Saturdays 2:30-4 pm
Classes are offered for men and women at beginning, intermediate,
and advanced levels. In a non-competitive environment, students
are encouraged to both challenge and take good care of themselves.
Each class consists of meditation, aerobic conditioning, animal
movements, strengthening exercises, stretching and skill building.
To receive the most benefits from this class we recommend you train
a minimum of two classes per week.
Your training at Spirit of the Heart will include Indonesian Martial
Arts and Self-Defense. You will dive into the physical training
that is inherent in the martial arts and also the spiritual training
that thrives in Indonesian Martial Arts.
