| Belly Dance Belly Dance celebrates life, love, and sacred dance. Dance brings energy through our bodies and whether your goal is to exercise, perform, or to simply dance; expanding your movement vocabulary frees your body and personal expression. In Belly Dance we are also empowered to interact with each other as we move.
Our mixed level classes will focus on technique and improvisation for all levels of experience. New dancers will learn the fundamentals while experienced dancers layer more complex techniques. Each class will incorporate technique drills and instruction based on the needs of each dancer. We will focus on how to put moves together and improvise your personal or group dance. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a scarf to tie around your hips. | |||||
