Wild Goose Qigong Classes
Wednesdays, 9 am - 10 am
Wild Goose Qigong (pronounced Chi- Gong) is a system of movements that represents the daily routine of the wild goose. The wild goose awakens, spreads its wings, flies through the sky, observes the moon, skims the water, seeks food and finally returns to its nest to sleep. It sounds just like us! The exercise is performed standing and consists of both slow and fast movements. Most of the muscles, ligaments and joints of the body are exercised. This is a special set of exercise to move the Chi inside the body, to clear the channels or meridians, to balance the Yin and Yang, to strengthen the body and cure diseases. This is the only set of Qi Gong that teaches the acupuncture points and the meridians used with the movements.
